How we use information

Information is used to generate diagnostic guidance, estimate repair cost ranges, support payments, restore reports in the app, and improve product reliability.

Advertising measurement

When you arrive from an advertisement, CARUTOO may retain referral and campaign identifiers, including an OpenAI ad click reference, and record actions such as starting a check, opening checkout, or completing a purchase. These signals are used for aggregated campaign measurement and attribution. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by CARUTOO.

Data sharing

Payment processing is handled through payment providers such as Stripe. App links, email, and SMS delivery may use third-party infrastructure when enabled.

Your choices

You can review a diagnosis before creating an account. Creating an account lets you save history and return to eligible reports later.
